Bidens Big Push...

quote:

“A majority of Americans support banning the sale of military-style assault weapons," he said on Wednesday. "A majority of Americans support banning the sale of high-capacity ammunition clips.

Sadly enough I believe the majority do after talking with some hunters and such that just dont get it. But that has nothing to do with the 2nd right?

Well, if they are going to cut citizen's rights to bear certain arms, they need to ban certain arms for the military. The 2nd amendment was put into place so the citizen's can keep the military in check.

I'm kind of glad a lot of people are too dumb to realize how easy it is to just keep a bunch of 10 round mags and change them out as you empty vs one 30 rd mag. It only takes a few seconds. Because then they'd say "well in that case ban semi autos" or something.

What you must realize is that the majority of Americans are complete idiots and think that guns are horrible, dangerous baby killers and that when a person is in possession of one that they immediately become a cold blooded murder of babies.

Right and no doubt if he only had a 10 round mag and had to change it the 6 yo's would have gang rushed him and stopped all this. Our gov is a joke.

banning semi autos is the next step. They know they can't do it all at once or people would put up a huge fight. Just slowly steal our rights one law at a time. Before long we'll be like England.

Anti-Gun people are scary patient...just biding their time until an opportunity like Sandy Hook presents itself.

Banning AR/AK style firearms... Probably ban black guns... Anything that holds more than 10 rounds will probably be on the list

It means that he can pick and choose what constitutes a "military-type assault weapon"

Banning high cap mags is also at his discretion. Anything over 10 could be in the chopping block, who knows what he wants. And by 10rds, I also mean your pistol

There is so much stupid in what they are trying to do. Common sense shows how gun laws don't make it safer.
Any lawyers here that have any idea what the court will do if they ban the black guns or large mags. I assume nothing since they've banned other guns before.

Were screwed. It's coming down and there's nothing we can do. A ruthless money hungry dictator will one day be satisfied, a dictator acting on the belief its beneficial to his people will never be satisfied. Obama may have been elected but he's on a good track to make dictator status before 2016
