Do not work. Years ago a trespasser threw them in our food plots. I found them because I killed a deer in it and had to drag her through them.

Did you shoot that 8 point buck following her too?

Here's what I did with my garden this year (had a spike and a doe grazing):

1) Pee around it. I take a whiz outside all the time, and it wasn't too much effort to walk the extra 8 steps from the porch to the garden. Worked for about three weeks, then they got used to the scent and resumed devouring my maters and beans.

2) Deodorant soap. Hung a bar of Irish Spring on a low limb next to the garden. Worked for about two weeks until they got used to it. Rain melted the bar of soap and it fell into the garden. Then my dog decided to roll around in the soapy mud.

3) My peppers (Tabascos, Habaneros and Anaheims) started producing. No more deer.

4) Never got around to this one, but was going to get trimmings from the nearest beauty parlor to scatter around. I've had people swear by it, but I haven't tried it.

Alx and I would come stand on your roof and shoot them with our bows, but the OOS license in TX is $300. Plus the neighbors might complain.

Get several real sweaty t-shirts and place them around the flower beds. The smell of booger is what scares them.

My powpow used hair from the barber shop around his garden. Being as they are coming up to your house, I doubt that or any of the soap type solutions will work. They are obviously use to humans.
