HOA won't allow me to do mos of these. I don't remember seeing any rules regarding cougars in the front yard, so that could work. Think I'll start by putting out soap and dryer sheets. Then maybe the A-10.

Just an update: I ended up just putting out dryer sheets in a few strategic places around the garden. Deer haven't come back since. They still eat my neighbors yards. So it seems that dryer sheets do work well. Just thought some of ya'll may appreciate the info in case someone ask you about this in the future.
