Might as well throw Taco Bueno in the mix. My first trip to Taco Cabana was in Houston in the 80s. IT was magical. Beer at a fast food joint.

A Taco Cabana on Vets in Metairie would be a gold mine. Around Bonnabel where they are building the new Taco Bell. Drive Thru Margaritas and 3 video poker machines. The line for the drive thru would over flow onto Vets for weeks. Sadly I don't think they sell franchises in this state.
