FBD - Finishing off a Rodenbach Grand Cru from the other night while making an étouffée. Was going to go gumbo but didn't have time to make proper stock.

Great beer. Wish I could get my hands on it consistently.
No beer ye but I'm getting ready for it.

Had a little wine earlier at a family reunion, but FBD is a Surly Furious. Very good beer. Thanks ut.

My traditional Saints game beer is Abita, but with them being 0-4 I decided to buck the trend.

Have not tried the Naked Pig, but the first 2 are so good. I still have a few SweetWater IPAs from my trip to AL last month, but I am out of Great Divide brews now.
We expect to see you 10/27

i don't think the naked pig will be anything to get excited about. she could not find any snake handler unfortunately. i told her not to bother with the good people ipa.

I made an effort to find snake handler in Montgomery last month and did not see any. I think it is brewed quarterly in limited quantity. You are right, their regular IPA is just OK. One good thing I discovered in AL is Straight to Ale from Huntsville. Their Monkeynaut IPA is very good.

SBD is a Ballast Point Sculpin IPA. Damn fine West Coast style IPA.

FBD was a Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA. One of my favorites.
SBD & TBD were Sam Adams Octoberfests at my brother's house.
