I am home in Arizona for the summer and found out that the Whole Foods out here carries Dogfish Head. I bought the 90 minute imperial IPA and Raison D'Etre. I really like them both so far. What are some other good beers that I should try? Dogfish Head or not? I'm really trying to branch out from the "usual". Thanks.

You're off to a good start.
Out west you've got lots of offerings from California and Colorado available to you.
Look for some Great Divide (maybe a Titan or a Hercules) or some Lagunitas IPAs

Anything by Stone or Sierra Nevada.

Try the DFH big bottles if you find any. They're kinda hit or miss for me but always interesting

A lot of folks like their IPAs. Raison D'Etre is more my style.

That 90 Minute IPA is one of my favorites. Burton Baton is another great imperial IPA if you can find it.
Great Divide, Firestone Walker, Avery, Stone are all great beers to pick up out there.

Normally I am not a huge fan of IPA's but I have to say that I really enjoyed the 90 minute. The Raison D'Etre was good, but I think I liked the 90 minute better. I may go back to Whole Foods and buy all the different DfH that they have, I am a believer, this shite is great!

I like their brown ale a lot!
60 is good, but the 90 is awesome!

I'll third that. Indian Brown rocks.
Not a huge fan of the DFH IPAs though.

Here is my opinion of the DFH beers i've had.
90 Minute IPA: My favorite IPA to date. Can't find one to beat it yet.
60 minute IPA: Pretty good. Just hard to go to 60, when you've had the 90.
Dogfish Head India Brown Ale: One of the best brown ales i've had. I'm not big on brown ales, don't drink them to often, but i loved this one. I only have 2 left in my fridge.
Dogfish Head Raison D'Etre: Don't really care for this one. I've heard good things about it, so when i went to the store on vacation and saw some, i picked up 2 12 packs. It's just a little to sweet and malty for me.
Dogfish Head My Antonia Pilsener: Comes in Monday. Can't wait to try it.

I'm bored at work... I'll join in on this.
60 Minute IPA - Solid beer, that's about it.
90 Minute IPA - Really good beer, among the standard bearers for year-round IIPAs.
Burton Baton - Oaky, hoppy, definitely different but tasty.
Indian Brown Ale - One of the better imperial brown ales out there.
Midas Touch - Sweet, honey, a change of pace from their hoppy beers.
Palo Santo Marron - It's like an Indian Brown on steroids and wood aged, yum.
Raison D'Etre - It's been a while but I remember enjoying it, just not enough to really get more.
Shelter Pale Ale - Meh... worth trying in a sampler at the brewpub but not much more.
120 Minute IPA - Drinks more like a barleywine, but delicious.
75 Minute IPA - Interesting beer with the hops and maple combined. Enjoyable.
My Antonia - Surprisingly good, hoppy but still light and refreshing.
Namaste - It was alright... nothing crazy though.
Red & White - Awesome beer, very nice.
Ta Henket - Like the Namaste it's nothing special in my opinion.
Theobroma - Tasty, one of the best ancient ales they do.
Urkontinent - Really liked this one a lot, but there is a lot going on.
World Wide Stout - Tasty, boozy, worth trying but there are better stouts out there.
Aprihop - Love this one, just the right abv/hops/apricot balance.
Chicory Stout - Alright... nothing too special though.
Festina Peche - Your girlfriend would like this beer.
Tweason'ale - Your girlfriend would probably also like this beer.
Punkin Ale - One of the best pumpkin ales out there.
Saison Du Buff - Nice saison but not worth seeking out.
Czechsum Function - Nice Czech pilsner with ale yeast, but it's not much more than that.
Konichiwit - Good Japanses influenced witbier... first one I tried at the brewpub.
Lil' Tart - Not bad, only 3.4%, my sister really liked it, tart as it should be.
Black and Red - Dry-minted stout, different but I absolutely loved it. They should bring this back, in my opinion.
Also have the Sah'tea, Black & Blue, Noble Rot, Chateau Jiahu, Pangaea, Faithfull Ale, Hellhound, and Fort at home, need to try them all!

The Black & Red at the brewpub was something amazing. I wish I could get more of it.

So, how are we feeling this morning after all I saw you drinking last night?
Posted on 6/21/12 at 9:30 am to BMoney
A little sluggish... remember I was just tasting each of those!

Yeah, but there were some heavy hitters in the bunch. Those weren't pale ales.

Yeah, a few in the middle... the second episode was all wheat/white ales, so nothing too crazy.
