Nah, I didn't take notes or anything. Didn't even take a picture.

5BD is a Rochefort 10. ZS would not approve, but I looked in the fridge and it caught my eye.

TBD: Bell's Amber Ale

Gonna do a side by side with this, Fat Tire, and our home brewed amber soon.

Very cool. Are you in a homebrew club around town?

Not in any of the clubs in town. I would love to but I'm about to move to the Virgin Islands in a few weeks. The craft beer scene there is pretty almoat non- existant but I do have a contact there who brews so maybe we will start a club there.

My buddy who I brew with here in town is looking to join one of the local clubs, but he doesn't post here.

Would be really cool to have a tasting or something before I leave in May with some of the local guys.

Sounds like a great idea after hearing everyone else's cellar list.

Sorry for the late response. The monk and Duchesse are completely different experience then the gueuze. I loved the monk's sour but you can't really compare it to the gueuze. The Duchesse is would be a little bit closer though. I love it too.

Agreed. BMoney is only invited if he brings a Westy.

Thought about an all-Trappist tasting. Line up all the quads and do a real comparison. I've only got the 1 left though.

I parlayed one of my Westy's into yesterday's beer haul from Chicago. I think it was worth it.
