They centered too many skits around her and I just don't find her that funny.

Sudeikis is a classic "wing-man" type of character.
I think Phil Hartman is a better comparison. A guy who could've been in just about any skit, but isn't your main character of any movie. Entertaining and versatile enough to be a great wingman, whether playing a giant dork, normal guy, or slimeball. Hartman was that guy in the 90's.

SNL sucks now but I'd take Bill Hader over any of those three, save maybe Sudeikis. Wiig is way overrated and aside from The Lonely Island Samberg isn't all that funny.

Keep Bill Hader, Abby Elliot, Jay Pharoah, Nasim Pedrad, Bobby Moynahan, and maybe Taran Killam. Ditch the rest.
This x's a million. Get rid of Seth Myers, get rid of that unfunny fricker Fred Armison, cut all the dead weight.
And they also need to rethink their scouting. It's not the 80's where you are the only way to the top of the mountain in comedy and the talent will look for you.

Wiig isn't any good. Sudeikis is just ok. Samberg is the only one that's funny.

until they get rid of this skit, which they do every episode, i refuse to watch it.

Well they probably will now since the best part of it - Sudeikis' sweet dance moves - is going away.

I hope so... I feel like they did that skit 90 times in 80 episodes

That's why it's one of my favorite skits! I just watch him the whole time & crack up.

My favorite too. We sir are in the minority on that though.

Wiig-- never liked her
Samberg-- created some legendary digital shorts, unfortunately they were few and far between
Sudeikis--I think he is better suited for comedic acting as opposed to sketch comedy
--his dancing on "What's up with that?" was epic

I think what's up with that is terrible, but that's what makes it funny.
My GF is obsessed w SNL so I end up seeing most episodes.
Wiig used to be funnier until they started relying on her too heavily. Personally, I think Armison is funny. I think the Jen and Garth bit they do on weekend update when they try to sing songs by ad-lib is hilarious. Myers however is not good.
I found Samberg was best on dig shorts. Sudeikis is alright, but have liked him in his roles outside SNL.
SNL seems to just be one of those cultural shows that will likely always be running. I agree that they should upgrade their talent-esp their writers. There are some good skits that pop up but it's less and less frequent and the majority is what others have written--skits that are the same joke.

I just watched that skit the only way I catch SNL anymore,by Hulu or someone linking it. I haven't tried to catch it in years.
I thought the two-flute guy was funny as sh#t.

Good for them, the show is terrible anyways
this season has been the best since probably the mid-to-early 2000s...that may not be saying much, but it's had some really good ones.

Sandberg and Sudeikis are the best parts of the show, though.
Sometimes I laugh when Bill Hader does "Stephon" on weekend update.

I love the stephon bit.... Does anyone else think that new black guy is good? I think he is very good at impressions

I'm sure they will clean house sometime soon and keep a few of the younger folks. They always seem to do that, but it's been awhile since the last time. Seems like Armisen and Darrell Hammond were the only ones that carried over from the last time they did it.

now we can get the sequel everyone has been clamoring for:
Hot Rod 2
That would be amazing.
