I would choose PF Changs of these two and I would probably order the beef and broccoli. If I went to TJ Ribs I would order the brisket.

it depends on what you want. i like the baby back ribs at tjribs. but, i also like to get any beef dish and ask for extra peppers with brown rice at changs.
