I would guess not real. I'd expect to see seepage and the need for a pump, like in that youtube of the guy in Arkansas who built a levee and moat for his house.

I know a number of people who have put levees around their houses.
I know of a catfish farmer that had 10 track hoe's raising his levees so he didn't lose any of the catfish from the ponds... Numerous others put levees around their shops. It's been a crazy month where I live.

This thing is real. Showed it on CNN this afternoon. And this is the baby. There's a 3 acre "island" on the side of this one
