dont take her to a super fancy place because she will think you are trying to hard to blow money, impress her and get into her pants.
go to places that have great food and bar options on a budget. id second the byronz bistro notion.
i always say chelseas for a first date because the service is on the slower side, but that just give you to more time to chat back and forth with each other. if you aren't ready to end the night, you can walk to one of the other bars and grab one more drink.
