I support him. I think everyone over reacts....because they are spoiled to recent success. Look at last year vs Florida and Alabama.....I was proud of LSU then and I still am now. We are a hair away from all of this to be tottaly diffferent......the storms have rolled in therefor the "fans" are going home.

Les... YOU'RE A DAMN STRONG FOOTBALL COACH glad to have you

Exactly

i obviously want him to win. do i have full confidence in his in-game decision making? that's a negative ghost rider.

i think he doesn't get enough credit for avoiding scandal (i.e. florida's 30 arrests).

if me makes a change at OC, that would be enough to re-energize the majority of the fanbase, and the chavis hiring at least demonstrates he can make a change when it's needed.

as for the whole "we're just this close from it all being different argument", consider how this would all look different from Pitt didn't upset WVU in 2007, and we would have squandered a national championship team w/ losses to outmanned UK and Ark teams? or would have lost to Troy? it cuts both ways.

I would like to see him succeed at LSU. Not because of him, but because of LSU. I would not be totally sad if he and GC went packing sometime soon. But if he succeeds and LSU succeeds, then fine. Stay awhile longer. I would hate to lose Chavis however.

I still support him until he loses to Ole Miss 3 straight years in a row. Then I'm done.

I have a want to support him, but based on his inability to call a successful offense, use shepard more, see what lee can do post pick-6, make halftime adjustments, blow medicore teams out, etc, he makes it hard to fullfill that want.

Does it matter? He would still be stubborn whether people support him or not.

I think 55-15, 2 west titles, 1 SEC title, 4 NR teams, a current 10th NR team, a Coaches NC, an AP NC, and a BCS NC in 5+ seasons should tell most reasonable people that he already has succeeded at LSU.

The Tigers raise three positions from # 6 to # 3. On Saturday LSU was a 34-24 winner over Mississippi State. LSU has outscored opponents 142 to 61 thus far this season. Quarterback Jarrett Lee has completed 45 of 77 passes for 643 yards and six touchdowns. The Tigers defense has allowed 22.5 points per game in the last two, while only allowing 8, in the first two. LSU will take this weekend off, and then get set for a Top 10 battle in Gainesville with Florida.

4. Texas Longhorns

Yes, will always support Miles til the day he is not LSU's head football coach...and even then, I will support him in his future endeavors.

He's done a lot for the LSU football program. He was hired to maintain the program, and he has done exactly what he was hired to do, and he's done it with class and dignity.

Anyone who does not support a man of Miles' character being successful, I have to question THEIR character. Actually, I'd go so far to say that someone is openly against Miles is bottom-of-the-barrel scum.
