I've got 6 weeks to Boston, so not completing a run is a bad thing. I do understand what you saying though.

217/196/175 This is my first post in this thread. Before Thanksgiving I was ~220. My biggest issue is that I married an Italian girl. I've sort of hit a plateau because I started back at school this semester, taking 7 credit hours and working 45hrs /week. Its cut into my running. It's time for no more excuses with that. 196/196/175

What do you guys drink (other than water obviously) that falls in the low-carb/sugars realm? I rarely drink soft drinks but routinely drink orange juice and milk and it seems like both of those are no-no's now.

212/197/165 I keep Mio around for flavored water. Very convenient and doesn't use aspartame.

Checkin' in at 240/231/215. Been doing Perricone pretty hard. Lots of salmon, almost everyday last week (I cured it and have been eating it with capers, red onion, creamcheese, lemon juice, and pepper). Oatmeal everyday with blueberries, lots of strawberries, almonds, a little wheat toast so I don't die, tuna once last week, red beans, lots of cantelope, and only red meat once. I'll crack 230 this week.

Alright guys i'm back for good. I'm making myself post here again every day to be accountable. I read back through my posts from when I started and it reminded me of the things I was doing to succeed in the beginning. Also it was pretty interesting to see what was going on in my life when I kicked things into high gear. All of my excuses are pretty much done. I've cut back on my hours at h&r block so I only work one night a week. I'm back cutting grass a bit so that will help. My schedule has freed up significantly. Before I get ready to get started I must make a confession. I've wandered these last several months. This weekend may have been my finest hour. For your pleasure I will post the results of a weekend of crappy eating. Saturday - Calories - 4,525 Carbs - 446 Fat - 235 Sugar - 88 grams Sunday - Calories - 3,252 Carbs - 479 Fat - 118 Sugar - 309 grams That was almost a week's worth of calories in the span of two days. That's not good at all. I'm not hear to whine about it though. I'm just here to get going again. Posting regularly in this thread was maybe the most important thing I did.

Bench must be buried under an avalanche of donuts. Not like him to miss a morning report. Hopefully, he can eat his way to safety.

I'm back, ladies. Jumped off the wagon back in August when my wife got put on bedrest pregnant with our son. She was on bedrest for like a month, then my son was born 6.5 weeks early. Stayed in the NICU for 2.5 weeks and then dealing with a newborn and 2 year old at home. So needless to say, I've had an extremely busy and stressful 7-8 months. Things are good on the home and settled down. So, my wife and I are back to working out. Just finished our first week of P90x, which I had started and quit right as she went on bedrest. Haven't weighed myself in a few days, but I'll put what I last remember it being. The first number is from the backend of 2011. I lost 35 lbs and then gained some back. 218/195/175 So, I've got a little ways to go. Let's do this.

I don't know you but I am happy to read that a tumultuous time has resolved nicely. That's a very tough row buddy. Now get lean and fit for the babies. It's the best motivation.
