323/188.5/175 Re-fattening Peak - 206 Contest Starting Weight {office scale} - 200.2 Current Competition Loss - 6 Day 14 of 90 Yesterday's Calorie Count - 1250 Nice drop this morning so no complaints. Not sure I will hold onto that drop. I think I could be a bit dehydrated. 2 days in a row there were ZERO temptations in the office which was nice. That ends today with the free lunch.

Down 15 pounds in 16 days! Seeing the weight loss starting to slow down, but I knew it would. I'll have to up my game soon and start my running back up. 253/238/215

Yea when you get on that scale and it says 253, you get a sense of urgency to lose weight. I find it funny, the women at work are always talking about all of these fancy diets they are on. And then I just drop in and I'm like, "Oh yea, hows you're diets going? You've only lost 7 pounds? Yea I'm down 15."

234/228.2/194 jan 1st start / sept 1 deadline 8 hour diet is working so far. I''m able to move 8 to fit schedule. Drinking cofee in the morning is holding me from dropping faster. But my pace is where it needs to be.

232/196/190 Stayed the same after yesterday. Dinner ended up being a homemade spaghetti sauce w/veggies and Quinoa pasta. I didn't run yesterday cause I hate running in the cold. I did sub in as many quick sets of push-ups I could to get my heart rate going. Somewhere around 220 total.

255/196.9/190 Only a few more days the 1/2 marathon. Starting to get bored with the slow runs this week. The only thing making them interesting is its cold and has rained both days I have ran so far. This afternoon looks like more of the same.

363/256/250 It's been a good week so far. I'm testing something out, trying 1 serving of sweet potato an hour before working out. It's about 20g carbs.. Today was my first day trying it and I noticed a difference in my performance. I usually lose strength really rapidly after my first set, but today it wasn't so noticeable. I read that eating a slow-burning, low-gi carb such as a sweet potato before the gym helps provide more energy during the workout.. and eating a higher-GI carb, such as a banana, afterwards helps recover faster so you don't feel so sluggish after a workout. I'm currently limiting my carb intake to 80g on a workout day, 50g on a non-workout day.. it seems to be working so far and I don't feel limited in my meal planning.

I am going to hop on this thread, and hopefully gain some accountability! I am trying to lose weight for a wedding in late spring. 242/242/210 I am trying to keep calories intake under 2000, I have the chance to spend about an hour in the gym everyday. Let's do this thing.

I had a nice drop yesterday and half that loss came back. I had a feeling I was a bit dehydrated but I don't like a .6 bounce up, especially not on contest weigh-in day.
