Current Competition Loss - 6
Day 11 of 90
Yesterday's Calorie Count - 1450

Tough night. I was HUNGRY!!!

I don't see how it is possible to drink as much water and coffee as I drink and yet my weight is exactly the same this morning as yesterday.

I did the leg weigh-in reset, got back on and still 190.1. I was hoping to get back into the 80s this morning.

177/164/160. I may call it quits here, I've gained a half inch in my chest over the past few weeks, so that extra 4 pounds may be muscle.

Sunday was a bit easier than Saturday although all those darn cake threads threatened to release the cookie monster side of my brain.

Good weekend, stayed pretty active despite the weather. Just finished week 2 of no beer and feel much less bloated. Being .5 lb lighter Mon than I was Fri is nice. Going to ramp up the cardio this week

Very proud of those numbers after a weekend of not eating healthy and drinking a lot! Hitting the diet hard the next 3 days because I'm leaving to go on a hunting trip Wednesday and I know I'll be tempted out there

I'm about to do the same thing. I've been stuck at 194-196 the past week and want to see if I can push down to 190. I also need to start gaining muscle though.

Today was a good day for the diet. Ate well and killed it at the gym. I worked out more than I ever have before, and didn't even have any pre-workout.

Not happy with the small bounce up this morning but that was probably caused by eating carbs yesterday.

I've been eating some fruit at work to get some extra vitamins because I still have the miserable lingering cold.

Zero people smack talking about the diet yesterday so I think the contestants had a bad weekend. I hope to keep pace with the leader and maybe gain some separation from the pack.

My lowest to date. The wife put us on the 24-day elimination diet. It's supposed to cleanse you of any non-pure foods and lose weight faster.

No dairy (minus egg whites), no caffiene, no wheat based products, no sugar or sugar substitues, no salad dressing (only homemade vinegar recipe), no eating out, no nuts (minus walnuts), no red meat, no pork...no Tony's

Basically, only fresh veggies, salad (with that vinegar dressing), fish, chicken, white turkey
Example today:
Breakfast: 2 egg whites, banana, water
Lunch: ground chicken patty, fresh spinich, water
Snack: a few walnuts and pistachios
Dinner: ??? a wonderful surprise, I'm sure
