Yesterday was a good day. Tweaking the diet a bit.
I'm in the same boat as you cm. (Well way way behind.) I have run one time in the last two months and that was last week and it was terrible. Felt like I did when I first started c25k. I think next week I'm going to reset to about week 3 and go from there.
