I just wanted to share with y'all the definition of a BAD weekend.

sunday morning I was 191, today 185, yes weekend splurges are great and they suck all at the same time

Thanks, Benchwarmer !

133.5 this AM - staying up most of the night to paint bedroom and bathroom must have burned some calories !!!

Oh, and switching from beer to vodka really helped, too :)

Wave, Change is good. That said, My drink of choice is Scotch & H2O.

For me, Vodka invites Sugar additives unless Martini style.

In the end, buzz = buzz

Been slow going since I have been hitting the weights hard to add mass. But I've lost almost all the weight I originally wanted to. May try and drop 5 more but will be tough with the lifting.

Congrats to everyone; it is hard work but worth it

Damn digital scales

Thing claims that it is accurate within .2 lbs and I've been exactly the same weight for 3 consecutive days

That's not even possible with natural fluctuations in water weight

Weigh just your leg, then get back on and it will show your real weight.

You have a bad scale like me and Cad.

The weight only changes when there is a difference of about 1 pound.

It saves the previous weight so you need to fool it by weighing your leg.

Is there any way to buy a scale that doesn't do this?

This is the 4th day that I'm at the exact same weight
