Ok, here's my excuse. Was too tired mon to workout so I decided to sample some of my craft brews I picked up while in Alabammer and watch MNF. That lead to a late night pasta meal. Then ystdy still felt tired, and had pizza. Today feeling better and time to gt back to work.
ETA Plus, I had a cold...

I think I'm doing just fine

u are. this is a lifestyle change and a steady drop of 1-2lbs a month is just fine. no fad crash diets, just consistent good work and not feeling deprived. thats the key.

course i popped in at 197 today i guess i'm gonna stay around 195 unless i really drastically cut back on my eating.

i got as low as 186, but that took alot of fasting and depriving myself. considering i've been around 195 for nearly 2 years, i am not sure i'll ever hit 175.

i am gonna try another push this winter to hit the 170s prior to bike racing season in the spring. we'll see what happens.

Weighed at lunch. 302/263.2/245

I think weighing regularly and counting calories were more important than anything else to my earlier success. When I quit doing that everything else just went down the toilet.

New to this board and wondering who's lost the most weight on here. I was 290 in July 2011 and I'm 240 now. Trying to get back into it. I lost to 228 before falling off and neet to stop the bleeding now.

I'm thinking TigerMyth has lost about 150, Hulkk has hit 100, and plenty of others have dropped 50+

Getting back into it now. I'm 240, was 290.

Happy with my 21.5. original goal was 20, so I lost more than 100% of my goal. How's that?

I have been back on the wagon. Just haven't posted. I was 7 pounds down and I am still 6 pounds down so even though I had too many carbs I didn't completely blow it in calories. I have noticed though when I eat carbs I crave more. I am starting to take a medicine again that has sucky side effects but one of the good ones is loss of appetite. So my next 20 or so pounds may actually be easy. But I will be whining IRL about all the other side effects. Hubs suggested I eat well while I have no appetite instead of my usual comfort foods and maybe I can maximize the weight loss and get back to my wedding weight from three years ago before I got sick. Hope for the best for me guys!

Still haven't had a chance to run or go to the gym. These 12-14 hour work days are killing me. Folks who work these types of hours, how do you find time for the gym? My diets been alright but not great. I've got to get back to it. I'm way behind on training for the Louisiana marathon.

2nd # is my recent restart. As of this morning, I am down almost 9 lbs in the 3-4 weeks since I have restarted and quit refatting. Amen!! Feels good to be back.

I would also like to find time for the gym. I use to be in great shape, but the last 8 months I haven't stepped foot inside a gym. I leave home Monday-Friday at 6 am, then go to work from 1,2-10. Not getting back home until 10:30 on a good night.

Think I'm going to get to cycle Sunday morning for a few hours tho. Should be fun.
