Looking for a good sauce. Sometimes I like sweet and I use Sweet Baby Rays. But sometimes I want something different, not sweet.

Suggestions?

The original version(Salt Lick) is slightly sweet, but good. The others are good too.

Get you some Pig Stand.

Not your run-of-the-mill sauce.

Best sauce I've ever had... available online at cajunsauce.com or at various grocery stores in Ascension...

Head Country is the best I've had. Hard to find around this part of the country, but I did see a few bottles on the shelf at Albertsons on Airline

New Orleans is going to have some new BBQ flavor that will put it on the map with BBQ just like we are with most every other form of food.

I like Stubb's spicy. But had a bad experience last month. The wife didn't secure the lid properly (she doesn't believe in putting tops on things because it's a waste of time). I used some on chicken and got sick as a dog. The smell didn't give away that it had gone bad. Neither did the taste. Always screw the top back on securely.

Try a bottle of this

McClard's BBQ of Hot Springs

You won't regret it. Tangy & Spicy. My fav.
