That was almost a decade ago...what's it got to do with us beating them this past Monday night???

Let's reach a little further there, piggie.

You have to understand the majority of the AR fanbase. They are constantly in a state of "we're just the little guy", "not fair because...well we are Arkansas".

It is a constant short man complex with these guys. Everyone must be doing something wrong and poor little Arkansas just can't catch a break. Sickening.

I don't remember an muscle bound freaks on those teams.

Brandon Larson
Jason Williams

To deny their usage is simply being obtuse. "It ain't cheating unless you get caught."

edit: I forgot about Armando Rios. He actually was even named in the MLB Mitchell Report as a user.

its possible, but remember that athletes are random;y tested in season and out of season. HGH was not tested for, but hell, a college kid affording a designer steriod?? come on.

I was there five yrs and got tested at least 3-4 times a season. first violation was counseling and whatever punishment your coach decided upon, and testing up to at least once a week. 2nd violation was mandatory suspension by ncaa, but the reason for missing games would never be made public. it could easily be due to a 'tweaked hammy' or something else.

Usually when a collegiate athlete's drug test is leaked publicly, he has tested positive several, several times and the athletic dept is ready to ship him.

Or could it be a star athlete given the steroids by a supporter of team?

IF I had to lay down some money, I'd say several of these guys juiced while at LSU. Having said that, this has nothing to do with the spanking Arkansas just received from LSU at the CWS.

You guys speculating that they "might" have used steroids back in the 1990's need to just cool it! Unless you can prove your allegation/ speculation, you have no right to be accusatory toward anyone. The obvious conclusion to be drawn using your argument: every big man used steroids to get that way. Not true!

Moreover, the old "if they did it's alright because everybody did it" argument doesn't hold water. Right is right and wrong is wrong.

I would ignore it if I was an LSU fan. If the NCAA starts to talk about it, then they may have an argument. But until then, don't count on some person that works for a news station to give you answers for an investigation on steroids.

Alabama didn't hit that much fewer HRs than LSU's record in 1997. LSU may have been juiced, but so was Alabama and every other major team in the nation.

I wouldn't be surprised if 2-3 players if not more were juicing per team.

They were on something more than just creatine that is for sure

I think most colleges are using steroids, I don't care though. It makes games more fun.

I really don't having a big issue with PEDs in baseball in general. Its more entertaining.

Everybody was doing steroids then. Not just LSU and Arkansas. EVERY TEAM IN BASEBALL HAD SOMEBODY ON STEROIDS. That being said who cares. Drop it.

News Flash to Arkansas fans:

LINK

LSU wasn't the only team hitting homeruns, in the 90 homeruns were going through the roof due to length and weights of bats..........

LSU was just the Gold Standard(pun intended) for proving that.

Secondly, I'm pretty sure we openly admitted at one point and time that Creatine was basically passed around like water.

Is creatine a banned substance? I'd be amazed if it is but I guess it wouldn't be the first time.
