his peak is over 5 wins short against the average HOF left fielder. not really close
All that is good and well, but in the 90s I watched more baseball than any five people I knew combined, and when I watched Albert hit nukes into orbit or do some other gangster shite, I always thought to myself “you know that Albert Belle is really fricking good. Like one of the beasts of the game. He’s HOF good.”
That’s what I saw with my own two ojos.

which is well and good
you ust described a good player. one that belongs in the hall of good. which is good! the overwhelming majority of players do not reach that level. that is not mean to be a slight against him
its just not the hall of fame. players like mike trout belong there

He led all hitters in the 90s decade in RBI. That’s great in my book.
Take a look at the names on that list.

WAR
Belle- 40.1
Juan- 38.7

Juan- 434
RBI
Belle- 1239
Juan- 1401
eta-Juan played 5 more years, but played just over a seasons worth from 2001-2005

I got to see Juan play 3-4 times at the old Arlington Stadium and TBIA. Loved that swing. One of my friends caught a bp homer he hit. I was jelly.

100%
Also, the bulk of his career was in Cleveland. Fair or not that hurts him. If he was a Yankee from that era he’d probably get in.

Carlos Delgado's 13 years as a regular
.282, 457HR, 1454 RBI
When will the nerds acknowledge him as better than Mike Trout

Baseball HOF is stupid and their voters suck.

Mike Trout is the most overrated athlete in history. Better than Mantle, possible GOAT? Please

Those statistics, a few World Series rings, and the NY on his hat and he is a first ballot guy.
