That's a sick burn and all, but I think the location of that building, on 5th avenue in mid-town Manhattan is probably why it's worth what it is. I think if you took Trump's name off of it, the value doesn't change much. Serious question: what exactly does Trump's name on Trump tower add to the value of the building?

How many buildings in Manhattan have a name recognizable by 50% of the people on earth?

I don't know how old you are, but the fact that The Apprentice was filmed there probably added a lot of value to the building. What other buildings on 5th Ave have people taking pictures in front of it because of their location?

You do realize that the “Trump Brand and Name” has been placed on properties that he hasn’t even owned BECAUSE it’s a BRAND,

Do you understand what Branding is?

Or are you just ignorant to how business works? Serious question!

Ever sold a commercial building? I doubt it ...the name has a lot to do with the value and the fact that it is 100% fully occupied .....

Name a building Joe Biden or Hillary Clinton .....let's see what it draws .....Maybe Bill Clinton's Whore House might be a draw ....

I dunno, what happens if you take the Nike logo off a tennis shoe?

In the Grenadines in the Caribbean there was a casino/golf course that went bankrupt twice, he put his name on it and its booming.

Blue Sky value is an asset on most notable brands and yes it is quite valuable, Nike, Marlboro, Coke. Just look at what fcking with it can do Bud light.
