Women who get breast implants have body dysphoria on what they think their gender should look like.
They mutilate their bodies and insert foreign materials in it. Why do you think they are altering their sex organs?
They try to "affirm" their bodies for their gender.

Umm...what? I'm not aware of a single physician who performs that type of surgery advertise it as a "gender affirming surgery". The question is not one of choice to have it performed but rather the terminology used in describing the procedure.

IMO, a lot of plastic surgery is inappropriate, but adults can live their own lives.
The pushback that people are giving is against children being groomed to alter their bodies. I don't know why this is a controversial take. Kids are not capable of making lifelong decisions. I mean, you wouldn't let a kid walk into a doctor's office and demand testosterone and trenbolone because he wants bigger muscles.
Why would you allow him/her to demand to be sterilized via hormone blockers and body modification surgery. It's insane that we're even doing this now, much less contemplating it.

Cosmetic procedures and surgeries aren't actually healthcare. It's more akin to getting a body piercing or a tattoo than it is to medicine. It's not comparable.

Strange, Women have to be 22 yo to get breast implants according to the FDA. And making adjustments to body parts you already have is not the same as castration. Or is getting longer fingernails, a feminine haircut and doing squats to make the booty pop the same as a vaginoplasty in your mind?
