At least Curly ran plays. They didn't work, but he ran them. I don't think Johnny has any plays whatsoever. ...

Is men's BBall the most poorly coached team... - HoopyD
in LSU history? I can't point to one thing they do that is the product of coaching. No offensive scheme. No defensive scheme. No set in bounds plays. You could roll an intramural team out there and it would have the same complexity as Jones' system. We are getting doubled up by a team that w...

That which must be done eventually... - HoopyD
Should be done immediately. Does anyone have any faith Jones is going to turn this thing around? He had a overall number 1 pick and possibly 3 NBA roster players on the team last year that didn't make any postseason tourney. This year's team may be the worst defensive team in the history of coll...

Soldier of Fortune Magazine - HoopyD
Is it still a thing? I can remember seeing it on newsstands as a kid and thinking how cool it was. Never really appreciated that the intended audiences was military mercenaries. I just liked the cool weapons and stuff. Related question....are there really military mercenaries around looking for...

Not from a movie but quote The Simpsons a lot. Favorite is the line Homer used when he asked Frank Grimes if he could have his pencil. Frank said "no" and Homer immediately asks ...."Cannnn Lenny have it??" Say it any time someone tells me no. ...

re: Is Pete Jenkins a liability in recruiting? - HoopyD
I know it probably took you a long time to come up with all of that and you should be incredibly proud. Back to the rational conversation now.... Coach O has stated publicly that Jenkins will only be here one more year. Is it that far fetched to think that part of the negative recruiting agains...

Is Pete Jenkins a liability in recruiting? - HoopyD
First, the guy is a legend and quite possibility the best position coach of all time. However, it's pretty clear he won't be here past next year and he's certainly not on the recruiting trail. I would imagine the pitch to Buggs and others would be "you don't even know who's going to be your position...

re: 2016 Worst Year Ever List - HoopyD
Alabama winning the national championship to start the year. Beating LSU at home to end it. Seriously, awful year for the state, especially with flooding. NW, NE, Central, SW and SE Louisiana. All had extensive flooding at some point in the year. ...

[link=(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9sUEmX93C3M)]2012 Army Navy[/link] Skip fwd to the 2:30:00 mark of the game and watch it until about 2:40:00. Here's the set up- Army hasn't beaten in a gazillion years. Army is led by a senior QB whose last name is Steelman (perfect name for an Army QB...
