Probably something to do with that. I can see them on my computer using chrome but not on my phone using safari or duck duck go. Might have to host them at Imgur or the likes maybe. I haven't fooled with google photos...

Breaded Crawfish Boulettes - AKA Not Crawfish Bread
Low carb bread is usually more utilitarian and serviceable than it is delicious, so I thought I would add it to delicious ingredients and give that a shot.
I used four different Keto bread products.
I wanted to dry the bread thoroughly before processing, so I sliced and squared and baked at 250 for thirty minutes, not looking for a color change, just a thorough drying.
After the oven and after cooling.
Processed.
Leftover boiled crawfish.
Processed.
Add bread crumbs, as well as two whisked eggs.
Make into balls and add cube of cheese, dredge in bread crumbs, then fry in hot oil. (I put the boulettes in the freezer for 30 minutes before frying.)
Let them drain and cool.
No cheese:

I knew this thread would consist of a LOT of crawfish bread, and I am not mad, in the least. Keep on keepin' on!

Beautiful loaves! Is it wrong that I want to butter my screen?

It's crawfish season Liz.

I want to drop the ones without cheese in some crawfish bisque (roux or cream based) or some crawfish gumbo. Yum!
ETA: I bet they would be delicious dipped in a little Cousin's Creole Tomato Dressing!

I’m going to try it. I’m holding off on frying the next ones so they’ll be hot for supper.

Haven’t y’all devoted enough time to this bullshite?
I feel like we have two junior high girls in this thread.
Almost thought I was lost in the OT there for a second.

Agreed. I love avocado toast and sourdough bread separately. Together would be delicious. And I always puteverything bagel seasoning on my avocado toast. If you haven't, you should.

Boo & HC Collab: Garlic Bread Soup
The ingredients:
Sauté the veggies, add the chicken bouillon, chop up most of the bread, and add it in!
While that cooks down with the heavy cream added, the rest of the bread becomes parmesan croutons w/ red pepper flakes.
Immersion blend it all, top with a few herbs, a healthy dose of parmesan, and enjoy!
Spoon shot!

Dang it! I did that last time.
Why can't there just be one thread and one deadline for this?
