Roller City / Skate City on Florida Blvd
Worked as a skate guard there when I was 16 - 17 (early 80s).

Also Bon Marche Mall (mostly the theater) and Cortana Mall (as mentioned, RIP).

Early 20's, the point on Toledo Bend. Now it's South Toledo Bend state park.

It’s a different era - Cosmo’s, a small jazz club in the quarter & Carrolton Tavern. Yes, I read the subject correctly, teenager.

With a decent date? On or behind the Ouachita River levee next to Forsythe Park to see the stars and/or “submarine races”. Never could find the submarines though.

In Charleston, as a younger teenager, Summerville Speedway. My dad raced and we could sneak beers. As an older teen, the drive-in theaters, Goose Creek boat ramp, and the field out next to the airport until the cops would run us off.

After moving to Nakatrash for senior year, it was cruising the strip (in just cutoff jeans no less), hitting drive thru daquiri place (Shamrock's), meeting everyone in the Walmart parking lot, then heading out to the edge of town to the woods for the main event.

Godfather's Pizza post Friday night HS football games. Star Castle Arcade was two doors down in the strip mall.

Heavy rotation between the two for sure.

Rave movie theater on O’Neal when I got older. And the Taco Bell in front of it.

When I went to Redemptorist, we would go to the BK and Krispy Kreme a good bit.

Grew up in a small town with a shopping plaza that also had a pizza hut and an arcade where everyone met. Police were pretty cool because we were just HS students and were drinking beer. Police told us dont let them see any beer when they pull through and they won't bother us.

Great times

That wasn't there when I was growing up but I remember being so excited when that McDonald's was built on Hooper. We used to go smoke cigs inside after school with the little foil McDonald's ashtrays
