I just tried the fruity pebble iso100 based on some other posts and it’s pretty amazing

I also find myself liking the fair life vanilla shakes

Any go to recommendations? I’ve gained my holiday weight and then some and I’m ready to get back in some assimilation of shape. I weighed the most I ever did in my life a few weeks ago.

These are my go-to.
30g for day to day protein and 42g for right after gym.
Chocolate is also amazing.

Just make sure the protein shakes supplement protein needs with a healthy lifestyle… or even to curb a snack craving which they’re great for. Don’t let them add more calories to an unhealthy day.

Their gourmet chocolate with whole milk is far better imo and I think the fruity pebble is really good.

I like the MRE lite from Redcon1. Tastes really good and mixes well. They usually have sales every other day so you can get a good deal on it

I do Ka'Chava meal replacement. It's on the lighter side with protein (24g). But I can bump that up adding milk or PB. Plus it has a lot of additional nutrition benefit. So I don't need to take a daily vitamin.

I was doing muscle milk. But I had to dial back my protein intake. I was trying to get that 1/1 ratio and it messed my stomach up. So now I shoot for .6-.7 per pound. Which is what is recommended for most people.

Dymatize (Same people who make your Fruity Pebble flavor) Chocolate is so good, you don’t even need milk with it.

If you guys haven’t done protein on Oatmeal- try it. The Fruity Pebble Dymatize on oatmeal is awesome!

Also- OneUp makes a Pineapple Banana flavor- it’s fantastic. Like a Pina Colada.

You just sprinkle powder on top or you mix it in? Years ago I tried to mix protein powder into oats and it was a disaster.
