i just have an underarmour backpack and it works well for me, i only have a belt, some straps and bands that i bring with me to the gym....
the research is only cold plunge, cold showers don't have the same effect in regards to after a workout. ...
i've been using AG for about half a year now or so. it's tough to quantify but there have definitely been a lot of colds and illnesses of that nature go through our house that haven't touched me or the ones that do my symptoms have been much less severe than others. anecdotal evidence but it seems...

Sounds like a solid plan to me, I like the look of silverback. I’ve got two more weeks of my current program and then I’ll do a deload and retest the maxes before jumping in. Thanks for the advice....
