It's not in links, just loose. It was already frozen and needs to be consumed in the next couple of days. Any thoughts, ideas, or recipes? Thanks in advance.

Boudin Balls, Eggrolls, King Cake, etc.

Why does it need to be eaten in the next couple of days if frozen?

i think he is stating it's been frozen and thawed already.

You can also stuff some mushrooms, chickens, pork roasts, etc and smoke them

As stated already, stuff some chickens and / or bell peppers.

Get a frozen or fresh pizza crust and make pizza with shredded pepper jack cheese. A cane's type sauce or pepper jelly might work too.

Do this and then put it in a grilled cheese with pepperjack.

This is my favorite.

That being said, just hearing it up and eating it on saltines would be a strong choice as well.

It looked good out of the fryer, used the wrong knife and smashed it when cutting it though.

But yes, it was still delicious

Take about a pound of it, smoke it. And an 8oz tub of sour cream, green onions, mix it all up real good, and scoop it out with Ritz crackers.
