I think its back to a situation where if Miles can get someone he really wants he gets rid of Crowton. If he doesn't get someone he ideally wants then he won't. Again these things aren't black/white as of now.

Mettenberger is a must if Leach comes on. It would also take an overhaul of our current offensive lineman.
Jordan Jefferson would be incapable of running the leach offense.
You have to have a QB with accuracy on short and mid range throws and most importantly a quick release.
You need lineman (5) who are essentially all like offensive tackles.
You need two or three small quick WR with flawless hands and you need two backs who can catch and block out of the backfield well. I think we have those.
