Fun fact: former UA coach Dennis Franchione lives in Horseshoe Bay. Remember the 2002 non-handshake?

Bluebonnet has excellent sky high pie. For those that don't know horseshoe bay is a resort area in Marble Falls about an hour and a half from downtown Austin.

Distance does not matter though because only a 20 minute helicopter ride. Texas is going give the Nick the Kobe treatment and helicopter him every day.

They bought a home in Lakeway. My source is the realty company that closed the deal. Nothing said as to what the house is for, but at 10mil it'd be a hell of a vacation home. Bottom line is there's no looking, it's already closed on

So which thread are we supposed to believe, the one where Saban is buying 10 million dollar homes or the one where he's 26 million dollars in debt?

I don't really care. I'm just coming to the board with what I know. I work in longhorn/aggie land and really don't want to deal with my longhorn wife talking up her team. It's been quiet since the 2008 CWS. But this came from an irrefutable source and I figured I'd pass along. Being that Doc and I have never discussed this and yet his source and mine come out saying the house is a done deal on the same day

Here is the thread to help it make sense for you: Texas has truckloads of $$$$$$$, oil and gas, and real estate investments that actually make lots of money, not lose money

Both, Texas is taking care of everything for Satan, no more debt plus 10 million plus a year. Probably bought two houses. lol

From what I understand, they haven't been successful selling vacation homes and making profit in the past.
