They bought a home in Lakeway. My source is the realty company that closed the deal. Nothing said as to what the house is for, but at 10mil it'd be a hell of a vacation home. Bottom line is there's no looking, it's already closed on

I honestly doubt TS would be out in Austin searching for homes while this whole ordeal is going on and feed the fire. If Nick was interested in this gig he wouldn't have already purchased a home already.

This, and any reputable real estate company would have the entire office on lockdown.

..its nothing more than a vacation home purchase.

They have a vacation home on a lake already. Its in Ga.

They had a 2nd home on that same lake. Look up The Pointe on Lake Burton. Nick tried to sell it for $11 mil. No takers. Dropped ut to $9.6 mil. No takers. Put in up for auction in June and it sold, losing several million dollars in the process

No way in hell, he turns around and spends $10 mil on another lake investment property after losing his shirt 3 months earlier

If he bought a house in the Austin area, it aint a vacation home

Yeah that's when the sabans closed on it.

There's a time line to all of this. Got the definite word today.

Nick saban really isn't rich enough to be buying all this real estate.

Fun fact: former UA coach Dennis Franchione lives in Horseshoe Bay. Remember the 2002 non-handshake?
