yeah no kidding

mike was on the #neverO train, so i can't be too mad at him, he thought it would be ridiculous for LSU to go this route, while S/S were pretty much on board with it.

I'm sure that position didn't win him any favors in the admin.

Nice, never would have had to do that had we made a good HC decision to begin with. Wanted to go cheap...still ended up paying anyways.

Or if Sark was a disaster Sabah would know it was more important to retain Kiffen.

Getting a succession plan in place like that helps so much.

Well, that's good news, since he is the only tactically and schematically competent coach currently on the staff. Winning without him would have been difficult.

Can't vouch for the contract being signed, but I know for a fact he and Raymond are at lunch right now with a HS coach friend of mine, re: recruiting visit.

Just assumed it was something to discuss after the season. Never figured Saban didn't want him back.

i think it's run its course

Saban seems to like to get a new OC in every 2-3 years it appears

keep things fresh within his offensive system. avoids the O getting stale
