Should have held out for Herman. Watching the two teams this year (and last year's OSU) I'd be WAY more afraid of Herman.

now that some time has passed, and DeLoss, Patterson, Powers and Brown are all gone, more people are starting to slowly reveal how that whole thing blew up
I was hunting with a UT alum this past weekend, whose been an influential booster for the last 30+ years, and while he didnt have anything at all about Saban directly, he did open up about some specific events in regards to how Mack Brown & Bill Powers directly sabotaged his exodus and thereby crushed the whole Saban to Texas thing at the 11th hour
