He would be a starter at Southern University. He should give them a look.

If he's thinking beyond his football years, Tulane likely provides a better choice of solid Master's programs available than other non-LSU Louisiana options.

This dude was just one injury away from starting for us. His ego got in the way and it was unwarranted. He wasn't highly recruited nor could he beat win the job outright. Now he's going to piss away a chance being a back-up or starter at a school with no spotlight. Where did this kids big head even come from? Kids don't think nowadays.

Confused: He didn’t win the starting job at an upper echelon SEC school, ok fine. Decided that this was not the right decision and that he is more than talented enough to be named the starter somewhere else. Gets kind of miffed that LSU blocked him from going to another SEC school. Then goes, “yeah I have big time football QB talent.” Settles on Tulane- a perennial dormat of a program (aside from a great season about 15 years or so ago) in a mid level conference. Ummm...what happened Justin? Perhaps reality has finally set in.

Honestly, football is not his future. He has done well to make it this far, plus have the bonus of graduating with his education paid. If he gets to Tulane, it is gravy.

Hopefully, he lands at a program that can give him a fine education and also provide some playing time along the way...Tulane seems to fit the bill. Best of luck to him.

Playing time is not always the issue, sometimes it might be the program and how it's being run. I'm not sure why people think that all athletes' only goal in life is to play professional ball. There is actually LIFE AFTER FOOTBALL!
