re: pre-season hate on LSU & Les - USARMYDasher
The whole season's storyline will be told in weeks two and three. I expect we get revenge on Starkville. Dak is an impact player, but they're just too depleted on the lines. Auburn is our measuring stick. Not that all is lost if we lose this game, but we'll definitely see what kind of team we're fie...

re: Miles eventual replacement - USARMYDasher
Kirby does need to prove himself. However he is the one coordinator I wouldn't mind jumping all the way up. He is waiting for a job to open up that is an upper level school but not an elite because they won't hire him. He could replace Mark Richt. I'm also interested to see what Frank Wilson...

re: Miles eventual replacement - USARMYDasher
At this given time I would be okay with Kirby Smart who was DB coach here back when Saban was here. Mora Jr. at UCLA. Jimbo Fisher. There are always up and coming coordinators who need a shot at a smaller school first. Just have to evaluate at that time ...

LSU fan origin. - USARMYDasher
Kind of a spin off. What made you a LSU fan? For me, I was 11 years old, my mother had decided to return to college at Ole Miss. Wasn't really up to date with college sports even though I played football myself. When LSU traveled to Ole Miss in '03 and I saw our fans with pimp hats on decked out in ...

re: Judging by Miles Demeanor , He Likes This Team - USARMYDasher
I don't care if we're up by 6-0 against Mcneese. Winning is winning. We could win every game 6-0 and I wouldn't care. Wins don't have to be pretty. Although I prefer it that way. CLM demeanor was definitely different. He's a great coach. He knows this season is important. ...

Kenny Perry at the Master's was pretty heartbreaking. Dustin Johnson has a tendency to blow up too. And Sergio for his whole career. ...

re: Would you rather: Jordan Spieth or Tiger - USARMYDasher
Golf TV ratings die win Tiger doesn't play. They're trying to keep the ratings by hyping Speith and Rory. Both are fantastic. Don't get me wrong. Tiger was just more.. Flashy for lack of a better word. Speith's golf isn't flashy. It's methodical. Tiger makes incredible runs and spectacular plays whi...

re: Chavis or Steele as your DC - USARMYDasher
Chavis. Better track record. Sent more players to the NFL. Better ranked defenses. Albeit Tennessee and LSU are premiere programs who can recruit star talent. Baylor and Clemson.. Stepping stones. However LSU is apparently a stepping stone. Whatevs. We'll see in November ...

re: The SEC West needs to just shut up until they can back it up - USARMYDasher
We'll the west has won the SEC championship since '08 and until last year has appeared in the NC every year and made the playoffs the past year. All SEC west teams did well in OOC games during the regular season(Boise st, West Virginia, Wisconsin). Every team in the west was bowl eligible. Alabam...

re: LSU lives in everybody's head going into this season - USARMYDasher
Everyone knows LSU is loaded with talent. Doesn't matter how loaded you are if you can't even find a serviceable QB. Every year everyone reports the same thing essentially. Dark horse because we're always one piece away. Since 07 we've had one great year at QB (2013) and one serviceable year (2011)....

re: Justin McMillian - USARMYDasher
I saw him. He's small. From what I heard he looked decent and raw obviously. I can't speak in terms of being moffitized. I'm sure he is. He was only 6'1" and 175 coming out of high school. Put roughly 25-30 pounds on him. Honestly don't ever see him taking a meaningful snap here unless AJ gets suspe...

re: Gary Danielson on LSU football's upcoming season - USARMYDasher
Eh. From my understanding, CCC develops a gameplay for a game and provides his opinions, but there's no doubt that CLM approves the plan. Aside from Ms. St(who was undervalued at the time) and Notre Dame LSU was the underdog in every game they lost. So they're gameplan that they ran was fairly effec...

re: Who is the impact player for class of 2016 - USARMYDasher
Honestly hope it's Felipe Franks. Most championship teams have strong, impactful QBs.. Look at the recent ones. (Cardale Jones, Jameis Winston(x2), Marcus Mariota, AJ McCarronx2), Cam Newton, Tim Tebow(x2)...

re: Should Fournette share carries in order to prevent wear and tear - USARMYDasher
You know how everyone keeps talking about having Ben Simmons, and because of his impact we should make the Elite 8? The analogy is the same in LF. You have an alleged once in a generation player in LF, you should be utilizing him to his max. You don't recruit the number player in the country and giv...

re: 3 weeks from today we'll all be waiting to hear from Les at SEC media day. - USARMYDasher
I love hearing Les talk. It's complete troll. I love hearing any coach talk. What the hell are they supposed to say? Easily best coach to ever talk is Greg Pop. I hope he brings Mills, Vadal, and LF. I don't think he would bring any QB this year even without AJ troubles because of the "heate...

re: In your opinion, who is the second best SEC coach Ever - USARMYDasher
Honestly since I definitely believe Saban has at least another title up his arse left, I think the second best coach is Bear. Even if Saban doesn't win another one, I truly think he's the best college coach ever. It's also implausible to compare what he has done versus what someone like Bryant, Bowde...

re: What Football loss made you the most mad? All time - USARMYDasher
Obviously the easiest and best answer is 1/9. I don't blame it on Jordan Jefferson or any one particular entity, but after Jarrett Lee was pulled and Jordan started the offense really sputtered and made it brutal. Barely escaping Arkansas and Georgia with crappy first halves convinced me we couldn't...

re: ESPN's take on LSU and the 2015 football season - USARMYDasher
Miles' and Cameron's views are different in what they want in a QB. I agree that CLM wants a game manager like a guy like Matt Flynn. Another example is Nick Saban. Hate him if you want. He wants to run run pass. AJ McCarron was a fantastic game manager Cameron wants a NFL style QB. Big. Tall. ...
