re: Mounting TV to outdoor wall that is vinyl siding - MikeTh3Tiger on 6/13/17 at 7:39 pm
My plan is to build a box to mount the TV in and mount the box to studs with a 3/4" gap between the vinyl and the box. I have some 6" Hanger bolts for mounting. ...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (1)

Absolutely. He was too close for missles and could not target his gun effectively. Maverick had the better opportunity if he would have gotten out of the way. ...

re: Tankless Water Heater Flush: DIY or hire plumber? - MikeTh3Tiger on 2/17/17 at 9:41 am
I have two tankless water heaters, wasn't aware they need to be flushed. How often?
I think Rheem recommends (and may require it to be) at least once a year. The type of water you have makes a big difference in how necessary it is though. If you have really hard water that builds ...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)

re: Tankless Water Heater Flush: DIY or hire plumber? - MikeTh3Tiger on 2/17/17 at 9:23 am
If your heater was installed with a flush valve kit (it should be) and it it's mounted on the exterior of the house then it's a really easy job and the stakes of making a mistake are very low (they're a bit higher if the heater's in the attic). It's a really easy job and nothing anyone who can turn ...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (1)
re: What's a decent mile time for casual running? - MikeTh3Tiger on 2/15/17 at 8:48 pm
I think anything in the 8-9 min range is respectable... It's important not to be so focused on pace that you end up wearing yourself out too quickly then get discouraged and eventually stop altogether. ...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (1)

I was facing the same choice as you about 4.5 years ago. When I decided to go back I had a one year old and a wife. It was rough while I was doing it and even harder on my wife but both of us being on the same page helped a lot. Ultimately I'm really happy I went back and it already seems li...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)
