re: Which of you baws are at the Shaun King event at LSU tonight? - Fontainebleau Dr.
White guy (birth certificate says both parents are white), who claims that his mother lied about the race of his father. Claims he was beat up by a bunch of rednecks in school, when witnesses say he got his arse kicked by one dude over a girl. Has spent the rest of his life wanting desperately to...

re: Guitar players: what's your restring routine? - Fontainebleau Dr.
I use Fast Fret applicator after every time I play. It's only a few dollars and one applicator will not need to be replaced for years. It slicks the strings for better playing and lengthens the life of the strings significantly....
It's amazing how the surrounding parishes seem to thrive with lower taxes and more government services.
Suburban parishes/counties are the most subsidized areas in the United States. In fact, I spoke with a city planner who was doing studies in Louisiana, and he found that the N...

re: What musician do you most respect? - Fontainebleau Dr.
For me it's Pepper Keenan. Phenomenal riff-master and, for my money, the best songwriter in all of heavy music. His bluesy style of Sabbath-esqe guitar playing does it for me on every song he's recorded with Corrosion of Conformity. Plus I love it that a guy with Sabb-Core roots has the potato ...

re: Guitars again....? Strings and ease of maintenance? - Fontainebleau Dr.
I've found over years that string size has a minimal effect on tone. SRV played with .13's and had amazing tone, but he also cranked his Fender amps. On the other hand, Billy Gibbons and Tony Iommi played with super light guage strings, and they had amazing heavy tones, too. Just think: Iommi pla...
"It's bad for New Orleans," said the woman, who has worked in the area for six years. But she added she doesn't think it will change anything. "It will be back to business as normal. Nobody cares."
People care down here. I work in sales down in the Quarter. I care. A lot. The pr...
Went to the so's families house in Audubon Place. A friendly game of touch football broke out against the neighbors. The 12 year old little Jewish shite tripped me-I got him mean with a stiff arm returning a punt that put him on his ass, felt good. One of the cousins served herself on the ...
