I’d do some YouTube videos and see the reviews, cleaning vids, etc. Probably one of the best is Honest Outlaw….he does lots of review vids. Find his channel and search for P-09. Personally, I prefer CZs over Glocks because of the grip angle. An old wrist injury doesn’t let me shoot Glocks co...

I have/had three Belgian A5’s that I’ve inherited from relatives. One from my grandfather that’s a mid-40’s model. One mid-50’s model from my wife’s father that is easily the cleanest one I’ve ever seen. I’m not sure it’s been shot more than 5 times. One from my uncle that is an early 50...
Thanks everyone. AYC, thanks for the link! I figured everything has changed since the storms, so I was going to probably start with Catfish Lake. It's probably the most unchanged. My wife has never caught a redfish and I'd like to get her a few. And even if we don't catch a lot, she's never b...
OB board members, Can anyone help with suggesting some local launches in the Golden Meadow, PAC, and Montegut areas? I used to fish down there about 3 times a month out of various launches in the area, but since I moved away about 15 years ago, I’ve fallen out of touch and don’t know the cond...

re: suppressed .22 pistol

I like my TX22 as well, although I haven’t put a can on it. It doesn’t seem to like Aguilla ammo, but otherwise it handles everything else. One thing with new TX22’s….field strip them AND the magazines (watch the springs) before you shoot it. Clean thoroughly. ...
For straight up begging, I look them in the eye and say "No thank you". If they persist I say "I said No, please leave me alone". I try to be firm and not rude. Anything past that gets ignored but reported to the manager as harassment. I don't mind KIDS selling a good or service, but the days...

I feed Pro Plan Sport (Performance) to my Labs. On a kilocalorie basis you actually come out feeding about the same amount of calories as larger amounts of cheap food. I once did an analysis and as I remember you could feed almost twice as much Old Roy as a performance food. It was actually al...
