Go to a sleep specialist. I was sleeping 4-6 hours per night on and off for 1.5 years and got fed up and went to the doctor. Now I consistently sleep 7-8 hours with rare relapses. I can’t recommend any drug, IMO. The only thing that fixed it for me was dealing with my anxiety. After you become d...
Telluride has been Four Season’ed for as long as I’ve been alive. It’s an absurdly expensive resort town for the wealthy. The only place that might be worse is Aspen and Vail. There are all sorts of mountain towns all over Colorado, Utah, Montana, California that aren’t like that. ...

Yep, Breck is probably your best bet. Anywhere in Colorado will be great then though. ...

You have 10 people in this thread, who live in Colorado full time, telling you not to attempt to drive Colorado in April, unless you’re trying to ski. Denver —> Durango will take you through Fairplay. This is not a drive you want to do during a snowstorm. The drives to Moab from Vegas and SLC...

No reason to fly into Denver if you’re going to Moab. Fly into SLC or Vegas....
Lots of stupid stereotypes in here. My wife is Mexican and undoubtedly the best person I’ve ever been with. Rational, intelligent, willing to compromise, loving, etc. and her family is amazing. ...
the Brainard Lake hikes require reservations, I doubt they’ll be available for this weekend. Guanella Pass is a great rec though. I’d also look into Berthoud and Loveland Passes. ...
Anywhere in the mountain towns in Colorado. Buena Vista, Breck, Steamboat, etc. The rafting won’t be great this time of year. Late May-mid July is generally the rafting season. ...
You have to do a lot of research to find good, uncrowded hikes in RMNP. Those hikes are some of the best in the state, but most tourists don’t know about them. Trying to do Sky Pond at 10am on Labor Day Saturday is pure, unadulterated pain. ...
That’s pretty much the best time of year. Only concern would be wildfire smoke, but you can’t control that. Hopefully the west stays moist like we’ve had for the past year....
I agree with you. My mental health is typically at its best when I’m eating a lot of fruit and veggies. When I used to eat almost exclusively meat and drank a ton, my mental health was complete shite. ...

Pretty much every mountain outside of places like PC and Steamboat that are lower elevation should be A+ during the last week of March/first week of April. Slush is just part of the game in the spring though. It’s not a bad thing, slush skiing is second only to real pow in my mind, and it can ev...

Same. I rarely smell it in Denver suburbia land or in the mountains. ...

I think you need 1 day at Snowbird and 1 day at Alta, minimum. I’d personally chop off WP unless you’re REALLY into moguls and trees. It’s out of the way and IMO relatively the worst terrain wise of the CO mountains you’re looking at. Not sure if Solitude/Brighton are worth it either? I’d rat...

I don’t know why you would take I-80? Take 70 from SLC. 80 is awfully boring and closes down more frequently than 70. I would do Alta/Snowbird in SLC for a few days, Aspen, then Silverthone area and hit A Basin and Copper. Steamboat is also great and not a huge detour from Silverthorne. I’m ...
