I contend that almost all social problems would diminish if people stopped eating like utter shite - ruining their bodies and minds.
Here's the newest "product": bedtime cereal!

In case you were wondering, here's the summary: cheap carbs, sugar and seed oils just before bedtime!

I would argue it’s social media/phone addiction.
Fast, easy food has been around decades. We’re all so “stressed” and distracted now, those options are more desirable than cooking a healthy dinner or exercising.

Serving size: 1 cup
230 calories
46g carbs
29g sugar
Let's assume the typical fattie would would fall for this scam is eating abotu 3 cups worth. Roughly 700 calories, 130 carbs, and 90 sugars right before laying down to sleep.
Oh yeah, this is a great idea.

Why is cereal a breakfast food anyway? Cereal is pretty much dessert.
What is a breakfast food? Other than a food that is eaten to break the fast after sleep. Which is completely arbitrary now that we have largely gotten away from the natural rhythm.

You shouldn't be eating anything within like 2-3 hours of sleep

It's almost sickening at the complete and total lies that cereals will tell you in the commercials using words like "healthy" or "nutritious". All it is is chunks of carbs doused in sugar. Then at the end of the commercial they show a massive spread with a bowl of cereal, an apple, a banana, a saucer of coffee, and a glass of orange juice and points out that "it's part of a balanced breakfast". LMAO, yeah I mean that is a part of hte breakfast you've presented I suppose. Aint nothing balanced/healthy/nutritious about it though

Yup. Being fat makes every part of life more difficult. You're trading long term satisfaction for a quick rush.

High Fructose Corn Syrup.
Big Corn, Big Soda... all have a hand in it.
And I say that as a fatty fatty boom boom (I like beer too much. But, down 50+ lbs since Christmas)

My son seems to eat this every night. He got to stop. Delicious but terrible habit.

I never once measured my cereal before I poured it into the bowl and always poured more than one cup.
These nutrition facts do not account for the the milk poured on the cereal either.
Outrageous.

Hmmmmm. ALL social problems? Our societal issues run deeper than food, although there are a lot of lazy lard asses around. Especially kids, they don't play outside or do much.

The obesity epidemic really started gaining steam around 1980. No social media then. And even toddlers are getting fatter.
Obesity, murder, divorce, and school shootings had all peaked or began their negative trends in the 80s/90s
