I've heard others sing similar praises of e-readers re: searchability, vocabulary look-up, etc. I just haven't gotten comfortable with those features, probably my fault.
I do have a Kindle Paperwhite and use it sometimes, especially reading at night or while traveling. Just not my favorite. ...

Agree. But I think he went a long way toward taking the discussion off the table, and thus claiming victory in upcoming budget discussions. If someone from the R side does float a proposal, he can cite the “consensus” tonight and shut it down. Again, just my opinion. ...
