read the statute. 75 on the basin is not gross negligence. period. since a busch league atty can show thats common speed. i wouldn't convict the guy if i was on the jury. now 100mph, unrestrained kids? maybe

bullshite. a know a case where a guy driving down i10 had a blowout, hit the trees and his wife (passenger) died. LSP charged him with negligent homicide.
people die, life sucks, putting someone in jail over an ACCIDENT is bullshite. period. if he wasn't high, drunk then driving 70 and wrecking ...
