re: Question from a new bow hunter - Uncle Brady
I just did a google search. Panola Mountain State park appears to have an awesome 3D range. Or just go shoot at a shop that has a 20 yard range to get initial sight in. Bottom line is you eventually will need to find some green space to shoot if you are going to hunt with that thing. ...

re: Question from a new bow hunter - Uncle Brady
Get a target that can take broad heads and field tips. Shoot your bow. Don't be an a-hole and raise your bow above parallel to pull it back. You don't want to send an arrow into your neighbor down the streets leg while he is trying to BBQ....

re: Mathews Bow replacement string options? - Uncle Brady
After 5 seasons, I think it's about time I change out my strings. My local authorized dealer charges $120 for the string and installation. Is that a fair price? re: Big Green Egg - Uncle Brady
Is there a time of the year that is best to purchase one?
Yes, at an Eggfest. BGE organizes eggfests around the country. BGE sends out a bunch off eggs that are used during the cookoff then sold as once used with full warranties. I bought mine last year a large for $200 off. The p...
