Right on I-10. if you don't know, that scott interstate exit has Billy's, Best Stop, Kartchner's, Don's, & NuNu's Less than a mile from I-10. With 3 of those within throwing distance.

When I go through there, I usually stop at Don's or Kartchner's simply because the lines at Billy's are way too long. Kartchner's has these crazy maple boudin things that are out of this world good. I save my Billy's stops for when I go through Krotz Springs where the lines tend to be much much much shorter.

I stopped at Billy’s last Wednesday and it wasn’t crazy. I got 4 pepper Jack boudin balls, 4 boudin roll ups (they were out of pepperjack), and a package of regular boudin. The rolls were ok, the balls should be illegal they’re so good, and we have tried the link yet
