At about 3# they go back. No particular reason. I can usually catch enough crappie and spotted bass or catfish to make up for the bass. Actually if I have some crappie I usually throw all bass back unless someone wants bass specifically....

Last Christmas took the wifey and kiddos to New Mexico skiing for a week. My wife hates the holidays (her family is crazy) and wanted to get out of town. A week skiing at Angel Fire and hands down the best trip so far for me as well as the kids. We didn't get out of town this year and went to inlaws...
