The warehouse owner can offer a finder's fee but the individual receiving the referral compensation is required to be actively licensed and the compensation must go through their current sponsoring broker....

We signed up for Team National after the flood in August and used it to buy a lot of furniture. We came out ahead by saving on what we were going to buy anyway for us and family. However, I don't anticipate using it much going forward.(We did the two year $795)...

How often do lenders enforce the due on sale clause when this happens...any general rule? I also think you can only get up to four personal loans on homes that can be sold to Fannie and Freddie correct?...

I got into MS and churning when vanilla reloads and bluebirds were working. I still do gift cards to money order to bank/bill route but not as much. I mainly have a few cards that I use for day to day spend and then will periodically take advantage of great cc offers or plan for a trip. ...
