Will the SBA do a 3rd draw of the PPP loan?

With the delta variant and workers asking for $15 an hour to start do you all expect a 3rd draw?

City of New Orleans already back to the mandate and we know JBE will do it this week.

If they do I'd expect much tighter restrictions and qualification standards.

What are thoughts for new business owners. We recently purchased two pediatric clinics. I have always worried about another shutdown even in the medical field. Do you think new business owners will be excluded in any way?

Oh I agree they had so much fraud after the second draw it was unbelievable that people that never had a business were getting 6 figures.

Not an expert on the subject, but I would guess they would be excluded under the premise “you knew the risk starting a new business during the pandemic…”
I don’t agree with it, because no one expected to drag this long. But, I have heard this line a few times during the first 2 CARES packages.
The best thing you could do is check out the requirements from the 2nd PPP and see how they fit. At a minimum, if there is a 3rd (I don’t think there will be) those restrictions will be the minimum
