We had a place booked in seagrove until the owner called last night and said she needed to cancel because we are from Louisiana. She said that the owner occupied portion of the development is vigilant and is going out of their way to harass people and get the sheriff involved. Not worth my time or ...

Ours is 150 per quarter. It pays for the neighborhood pool maintenance, electricity, water, and liability insurance. Also pays for entry gate maintenance, landscaping, grass cutting of common areas, etc. Small neighborhood with only 54 lots....

Havent tried the tin roof lsu beer. Haven't had a great tin roof beer honestly and would expect this to be an average, somewhat flavorless lager to appeal to the masses. Was just responding to the bama poster who said louisiana didn't have any good breweries which couldn't be farther from the truth....

Put down the pipe and back away from the table. While tin roof is an average brewery, Louisiana has a ton of great ones. Parish Great Raft Gnarly Barley Urban South Nola Chafunkta Bayou Teche Old Rail To name a few........
