What he said... and make sure you choot em in the soft tissue behind the eyes. We use a snare once they're at the boat....

I was at the Carriage House last weekend. They've gone to a buffet style. The chicken was still good, and they've added a few things to the menu. I still ate about 10 of those mini biscuits! ...

I grew up in Ntz. Fat Mamas- they have awesome margaritas and tamales. Also checkout Magnolia Grill, Pearl St. Pasta, Cotton Alley and Roux 61 (not in any particular order, but Magnolia is my go to.) Sensation...romano cheese, oil, lemon juice and pressed garlic. Shake well and wah lah....
